You can post messages anywhere that is legal.  We recommend you check the terms of services where you are posting.  

We recommend you post truthful messages that are NOT direct ads, but rather we recommend messages that refer people to truthful information to help them get past or at least question conservative propaganda.

Please do not post messages that are illegal, offensive, or otherwise prohibited by law. 

For a restaurant review, if you liked the menu, you could post:  "The menu looks amazing!!  I'am planning to stop by the next time I am in the area!     BTW:  For those that like to listen to podcasts while they dine I recommend ":XYZ" podcast. "
